We are a Raleigh, North Carolina based construction consulting firm specializing in CPM planning and scheduling, construction claims, owner’s representation and expert witness services. We have worked on dozens of projects nationally, however our experience in planning, scheduling and managing projects in our home state gives us special know-how when it comes to projects in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Our professionals have extensive experience providing consulting services at the corporate, operational and project level. We have worked on projects and claims ranging in size from $100,000 to over $1 billion. Carolina Consultants provides in-depth consulting services to attorneys, construction managers, contractors, project owners, sureties and insurance companies.

Don W. Carlow, PSP is the owner and founder of Carolina Consultants. Mr. Carlow is a certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP). He is an expert in both construction scheduling and construction claims, with an emphasis on forensic scheduling and delay claims analysis. Mr. Carlow has over 25 years of experience providing engineering and construction consulting services to owners, contractors, developers, sureties and their legal counsel. He has worked on claims with damages in excess of $100 million and has consulted on projects ranging in value from $100,000 to over $1 billion.
